CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of bookings for Conference sessions will be accepted and refunds paid, less a 15% administration fee, when they are made in writing up to seven (7) days prior to the session. Cancellations after seven days prior to a Conference session are transferable but not refundable.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
The Conference management is committed to staging a successful Conference; however, to achieve this aim, it reserves the right to make changes to the program.
